Responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of Corporate and Investment Banking events, including Family Office programs, equity research conferences, and non-deal roadshows
Collaborate with Line of Business teams and Business Enablement lead to understand event objectives and translate them into operational execution plans, while providing input on agendas and event strategy
Coordinate multi-city non-deal roadshow logistics including venue selection, investor meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and on-site management to maximize client exposure and engagement
Manage event logistics including venue coordination, travel arrangements, attendee management, and on-site support
Serve as primary point of contact for event vendors; manage contracts, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with Event Planners
Assist with client selection and nomination process leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools to help ensure high quality attendees at Corporate and Investment banking events
Maintain full ownership of event materials including name tags, signage, agendas, giveaways, and printed collateral, ensuring accuracy, quality, and readiness
Coordinate registration, attendee communications, and digital engagement using event management platforms
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and event assets that promote brand awareness and event attendance
Track and monitor event budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices to ensure cost-effective planning and delivery
Maintain and update the events calendar to align with broader Corporate and Investment Banking initiatives
Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all event materials and client touchpoints
Gather, organize, and analyze post-event feedback and performance data to generate insights for future planning
Provide clear, timely communication to all internal stakeholders regarding event status, logistics, and updates
Support the development of event strategies that expand brand visibility and deepen engagement with key clients and prospects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, planning, or event execution; experience in financial services or banking is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally across multiple levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with event management tools and platforms (Cvent, Stova, Salesforce, Excel) a plus
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable with travel to support on-site event execution and client engagement
High energy, proactive problem-solver with composure and adaptability when managing change and ambiguity
