The role

The Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, delivery and evaluation of a high-quality program of events and workshops that promote the Endotherapeutics brand and product awareness across all business units.

Working closely with Business Unit Marketing Managers, this part-time (4 days per week) role is central to the execution of events that drive brand visibility and commercial outcomes. Based at our Macquarie Park office, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires energy and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning marketing team in a role where you'll be genuinely supported to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central coordinator for all marketing events across the business, partnering with BU Marketing Managers to plan and execute their event programs

• Maintain and manage the company-wide events calendar, ensuring visibility across all business units

• Drive the delivery of all aspects of events, workshops, webinars and in-house events including briefs, logistics, catering, signage and post-event wrap-up

• Liaise with event organisers, manage stand contract negotiations

• Manage event hardware, third-party storage, and logistics

• Prepare and manage event-related marketing campaigns

• Support the sales team with event planning and lead follow-up

• Provide regular event reporting including leads, ROI, engagement metrics, and debrief summaries

About You

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• A team player who takes initiative, is agile and can solve problems

• Excellent copywriting, proofing, and grammatical skills

• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills

• Proven track record executing a detailed event-oriented marketing plan

• 1+ years' experience in the coordination of events

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in event presence and marketing

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and workflow management systems
