AB Spectrum provides specialized Reggio ABA™ (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy for young children (ages 1-6). Our foundation is ABA, an evidence-based therapy focused on developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills.

• Our Model: Our centers utilize a unique Therapy Through Play model. We embrace the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising a Natural Environment Teaching (NET), child-led learning environment to deliver individualized, high-quality early intervention services in settings that replicate a natural preschool.
• Our Team: Join our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration. You'll benefit from cross-disciplinary collaboration and unique special visits, including music facilitators, pet interactions, and other partnerships.

Events & Communications Manager

What You'll Do

🎉 Create Unforgettable Events

Lead the planning and execution of events that strengthen our culture and community, including:

• Employee appreciation events
• Career fairs and hiring events
• Open Houses
• Community outreach events
• Annual Gala
• Fall Festival
• Spring Picnic
• Clinic celebrations
• Recruitment and networking events

You'll manage everything from planning and vendor coordination to logistics, budgets, and event-day execution.

📣Tell the AB Spectrum Story

Help shape how employees, families, and the community experience our brand by:

• Managing internal communications and company announcements
• Developing employee newsletters and leadership communications
• Maintaining a communications calendar
• Supporting executive messaging and organizational initiatives
• Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all communications

📱 Bring Our Brand to Life Online

Create content that showcases our people, culture, and mission.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing social media platforms
• Building monthly content calendars
• Creating engaging graphics using Canva
• Coordinating photography and video
• Sharing employee stories and clinic highlights
• Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives

You'll work closely with our People Operations team to create meaningful moments that strengthen employee engagement.

Help us build relationships that expand awareness of our mission and connect more families to our services.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or event planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience creating social media content
• Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or human services
• Photography and/or videography experience
• Experience coordinating vendors and large events
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Monday.com, or Asana
