TheEvents & Brand Experience Coordinatorwillcoordinate withthe local commercial& retailsteams,agencies,contractorsand business partnersThey will alsowork in close relationship withourHQ teams to elevate and maintainVacheron Constantin’simage standards to enhance both the business and the client experience.
KeyResponsibilities(or Mission)
Support end-to-end execution of events including boutique activations, dinners, pop-ups, exhibitions, and client experiences
Assistin the development of event toolkits, briefing documents, run-of-show schedules, and vendor coordination
Coordinatelogisticsincluding guest list management, gifting, transportation, floral and décor elements
Liaise with internal teams (PR, Retail, Media, HQ) and external partners (venues, agencies, artists) to ensure brand alignment
Maintain and update project timelines, status trackers, budgets, and event recaps
Conduct research to support partnership scouting, cultural institution outreach, and benchmarking of competitor activations
Assistin managing invitations, RSVPs, and guest communication with a focus on personalization and excellence
Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all touchpoints (event materials, signage, menus, etc.)
Track KPIs and post-event reporting including attendance, client feedback, and commercial impact when applicable
Profile
1–3 years of experience in luxury marketing, event coordination, or brand experience
Background in luxury, fashion, watches, art, hospitality, or cultural institutions is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and design
Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel across key markets in the Americas to support on-site event execution
Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus

Qualifications
Proficient computer skills witha high levelof competence in Microsoft suite, especially EXCEL and PowerPoint
Exceptionally detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SAP a plus
Must be able tolift upto 45 pounds
Able to work minimum 4 days per week in the NY office
Expected Salary Range: $34 - $36
