We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
• Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare event materials, supplies, and documentation.
• Coordinate venue setup and ensure events run smoothly.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Track event inventories and maintain organized records.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for the events team as needed.
