Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion
• Support logistical arrangements, including venue coordination, scheduling, and vendor communication
• Prepare event materials, presentations, and on-site setup requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and timelines
• Monitor event progress and provide on-site support to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain organized records of event plans, budgets, and post-event reports
• Assist in evaluating event success and identifying areas for improvement
