We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, client activations, and internal functions. Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
Support logistical arrangements including venue coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling

Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
Maintain inventory of event materials and supplies
