The Events Assistant will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure events are executed efficiently and professionally. The role involves logistical coordination, vendor communication, on-site support, and administrative organization to maintain high-quality standards for every event.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing corporate and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
Support event logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and equipment management
Maintain event budgets and track expenses accurately
Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations
Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all event activities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company effectively
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software
