Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking an organized, personable, and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to support our events, customer engagement, and sales activities in Cincinnati.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, contributing to successful events, and building strong relationships with customers and team members.

The Events and Sales Assistant will work closely with the wider team to support event preparation, customer interactions, promotional activities, sales initiatives, and day-to-day operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and coordination of events.
• Support the team during events and promotional activities.
• Engage professionally with customers, guests, and potential clients.
• Provide information about services, programs, and available opportunities.
• Support sales activities and contribute to individual and team goals.
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Assist with event setup, materials, presentations, and coordination.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate information and follow established company procedures.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner.
