Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Events & Offline Marketing coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing regional events for the company, along with its partnerships, sponsorships and offline marketing activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about event planning and offline marketing, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience. The Events & Offline Marketing Coordinator will work closely with senior staff and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful events, partnerships/sponsorships and activations, from conception to completion.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development and execution of regional events, including conferences, expos, sponsorships, workshops, seminars, corporate and entertainment events.
  • Assist with identifying, negotiating, and liaising with vendors related only to events (giveaways, branding materials etc)
  • Handle logistics for events, such as scheduling, transportation, and equipment coordination
  • Help with attendee registration, communication, and on-site support during events
  • Assist in preparing materials, such as programs, invitations, signage, and promotional items
  • Ensure smooth event execution by supporting the setup, management, and breakdown of events
  • Assist in gathering feedback, completing event reports, and identifying areas of improvement for future events

  • Assist in sourcing and pricing options for VIP giveaways for clients.
  • Look for and assist in obtaining new and valid opportunities for INGOT
  • Work on ideas, executing activations and working with internal and internal parties to complete what is required
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Marketing, Hospitality or related fields
  • 2 – 3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and changes
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules

  • Working hours are 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
