As a Control Hub Events & Issues Management Officer, you will play a key role in supporting ING's risk management framework by ensuring issues and events are accurately registered, monitored, and closed in line with global policies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and functions, helping the bank maintain strong governance and regulatory compliance while driving meaningful improvements.
As part of the Control Hub Manila Events & Issues Management (EIM) team, you will administer the end-to-end lifecycle of issues and events, from assessment and registration through monitoring and closure. You will work closely with issue owners, event owners, monitoring entities, and subject matter experts across ING's global network to ensure data quality, timely remediation, and effective risk management practices.
You will join the Events & Issues Management team within Control Hub Manila, a team responsible for supporting ING's global risk management processes. The team serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders worldwide, helping maintain accurate records, monitor remediation activities, and ensure adherence to global issue and event management standards. You will report to a Service Delivery Lead and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different countries and business units.
