About the role
Basic Purpose: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Event Sales and Conference Services Managers and Director while being familiar with all aspects of the catering planning process.
What youwill do
Assistin the organization of social events and act as a liaison with the Hotel’s Department and Division Heads in planning internal Four Seasons Meetings.
Responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of small conferencesrooms-only group blocks, and select Entertainment groups within the hotel, coordinatinglogistics, and ensuring all client needs are met.
Collaborate with all departments to arrange meeting spaces, audiovisual equipment, F&B services, and provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process.
Providing personalized support to clients,maintainingdetailed records, and contributing to the success of smaller events through efficient and attentive service.
Periodicallyassistwith front of house operations including greeting and directing guests,manninghospitality desks, and working with Banquets on ‘quick sets’ or teardowns.
Maintain an inventory of all standard department supplies and printed materials, including but not limited to Catering Corporate and wedding packets, special menu cards and velum.
In the absence of a Catering or Conference Services Management,assistclients and seek out solutions to requests in a friendly,caringand helpful manner.
Createpurchasingorders for the department.
Comply withFour Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Planning Committee.
