Coordinate and manage all aspects of events and
banqueting services from planning to execution.
Ã
Liaise with clients to understand event
requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Ã
Work closely with other hotel departments
(F&B, kitchen, front office, housekeeping) to ensure seamless event
execution.
Ã
Manage event bookings, prepare proposals, and
oversee banquet event orders (BEOs).
Ã
Supervise event set-up, service, and breakdown,
ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
Ã
Monitor inventory and ensure event-related
equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.
Ã
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and
hygiene standards during events.
Ã
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues or
complaints during or after events.
Ã
Minimum
of
2–3 years of experience
in Events and Banqueting coordination within
the
hotel industry
.
Ã
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ã
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Ã
Ability
to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ã
Experience
in working with hotel reservation/event management systems is an added
advantage.
