We’re seeking an experienced events professional who enjoys turning strategy into action and ideas into meaningful experiences. You’ll lead the end-to-end design and delivery of partner events and activations, from concept through to execution, optimisation and continuous improvement.
Working alongside partnership and account teams, you’ll translate objectives into activation concepts that support new partner acquisition, deeper engagement and long‑term retention, while building scalable frameworks that uplift capability and consistency across the organisation.
You’ll also act as a trusted subject‑matter expert; guiding best practice, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping teams deliver experiences that are on‑brand, impactful and truly meaningful.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design, planning and delivery of partner events and activations nationally
Translate partnership objectives into tailored, engaging activation concepts
Manage logistics, run sheets, vendors, budgets, safety and onsite execution
Work closely with account teams to scope activation needs and define success measures
Collaborate with Brand, Studio, PR, Digital and Operations teams to align messaging and delivery
Ensure all activations are high quality, compliant, on brand and audience‑focused
Develop playbooks, toolkits and frameworks that improve consistency and scalability
Capture insights and performance data to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Proven experience delivering events or activation programs at scale
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Confidence turning strategic objectives into practical, engaging experiences
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines and operational risk
A creative mindset balanced with strong attention to detail, safety and quality
