Deine Aufgaben

  • Du planst, organisierst und realisierst Tagungen, Kongresse und Incentives mit Kreativität und Struktur.
  • Du wählst passende Hotels, Locations und Dienstleister aus und koordinierst technische Ausstattung und Messeservices.
  • Du übernimmst das Reisemanagement und sorgst für reibungslose An- und Abreisen aller Teilnehmenden.
  • Du verantwortest das Teilnehmermanagement – von der Einladung über die Kommunikation bis zur Nachbereitung.
  • Du setzt Veranstaltungen professionell um und betreust sie – vor Ort, virtuell oder als hybrides Event.
