The role

We are looking for a passionate and highly organized Event & Wedding Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and coordinating weddings, social events and corporate functions while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the entire planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the hotel's event and wedding facilities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
• Conduct site inspections with prospective clients.
• Coordinate event details with operational departments.
• Ensure seamless execution of events from planning to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize event revenue.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel events, sales or wedding planning is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
