Our Event Operations staff will coordinate with you directly to determine the appropriate university facilities, catering and other services your group might need. This position is responsible for assisting with all daily event staging setups and event administrative duties. Set-up configurations may require, but are not limited to, theatre, classroom, runway fashion shows or banquet seating configurations. This position adheres to event space guidelines and procedures as administered by the University Event Manager and campus standards set by the fire marshal. Also responsible for the appearance and high levels of cleanliness of the meeting rooms, event spaces, campus wide settings and staging areas.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED equivalent and two years related experience with some experience in a lead or supervisory role.
