Job Description

Our client is a leading direct selling company of healthcare and skincare products. They are currently seeking for an Event Support Officer to join their team.

Event Support Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Have a Marketing/Design/Media Communication degree directly from the university and 2 years experience in digital marketing or event planning
  • Has event organizing experience and Strong communication and writing skills
  • Has excellent people skill and problem solving technique
  • Willing to work after office hours for distributor related events
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, AI and Illustrator apps and video editing tools 
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to learn
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Requirements:
  • Manage and support the regional wide events and activities
  • Manage social media for pre-event advertising and post-event reporting
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of events and projects promotion and operation
  • Review the script content of the training topics and conduct the rehearsal with guest speakers before the seminar
  • Prepare supporting documentation for the events / campaigns
  • Supervise part-time workers or office staff for event execution
