Under the general direction of leadership within the Office of Continuing Education, the Event Support Coordinator, Continuing Education – Temporary provides administrative, clerical, logistical, and on-site support for the Special Events team. The role assists with the coordination and execution of conferences, meetings, workshops, and other continuing education activities, supports multiple events and team members, and completes a variety of administrative and operational assignments to help ensure events are delivered smoothly, consistently, and professionally.
This is a part-time, hybrid role; you will be expected to be present on campus as needed to fulfill assigned duties, with expected hours on average 10-15 hours per week. This is an initial 1-year assignment, with the opportunity for extension depending on performance and department need. This role is not benefits eligible.
