
The Event Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the execution of events, overseeing Event Captains, Lead Captains, and service staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. This position acts as the on-site extension of the Event Manager, supporting overall event strategy, client coordination, and high-level problem solving.
The Event Supervisor is responsible for maintaining service standards, managing team performance, and ensuring all event details are executed in alignment with company expectations. This role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to make real-time decisions to ensure successful event outcomes.

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum 5-10 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience required
Minimum 5 -10 years in a leadership role (Lead Captain, Event Captain, or equivalent) required
Experience in fine dining, catering, or high-volume events preferred
Experience in restaurant, nightclub, lounge, or large-scale event environments preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards required
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar operations required
Familiarity with event planning documents (BEOs, floor plans, timelines) required
