About the Role

The role is responsible for providing supervisory support to ensure smooth and effective management of cooperate events, with key focus on enhancing the quality, assignment, and engagement of leads generated to maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, the position engages and oversees external suppliers to ensure success event execution and deliver an excellent experiences of customers.

General Management (20%)

  • Support the Event Manager in planning, developing, and executing corporate events and initiatives that support business objectives, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying corporate event opportunities that drive awareness, relationship building, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify corporate event trends, new engagement formats, and potential corporate partnerships.
  • Ensure the highest standards of professionalism, service quality, and corporate brand representation across all event touchpoints.
  • Assist in budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking for corporate events to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal business leaders, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Corporate Events Management (40%)

  • Support the development and execution of an annual corporate events roadmap aligned with company strategy (e.g. conferences, seminars, forums, exhibitions, client appreciation events, and internal corporate functions).
  • Prepare detailed event plans and oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Manage corporate branding, messaging, and publicity materials associated with events, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with venues, designers, production teams, agencies, and suppliers on contracts, timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, leadership, and operations) to align event objectives, agendas, and audience targeting.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze performance metrics, and prepare clear reports and insights for management and stakeholders.

Corporate Leads & Stakeholder Engagement (40%)

  • Support the development of annual corporate lead-generation and engagement plans aligned with overall business and sales strategies.
  • Assist in managing, nurturing, and converting event-generated leads into qualified business and sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential corporate prospects through creative event concepts, partnerships, and networking initiatives.
  • Analyze, segment, and prioritize leads to support different sales teams, client tiers, and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, associations, SMEs, and external event organizers to expand networking and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally at events by delivering clear, compelling, and value-driven messaging to corporate audiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, reports, and performance tracking to measure ROI and support continuous improvement.
