Team Coordination
Prior customer-service, hospitality, or event-staffing experience is a plus—but
enthusiasm and a positive attitude matter most.
Education & Certification:
High School Diploma or GED.
Licensing & Screening:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record (if driving is required).
Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
Physical Abilities:
Able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer-service orientation.
Basic de-escalation and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Scheduling
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (varies by event).
Schedule: On-call/as-needed—work only when events require you.
