Responsibilities

  Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.

  Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.

  Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.

  Guide attendees and help maintain an organized event environment.

  Provide outstanding customer service during events.

  Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.

  Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements.

  Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
