Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, and equipment.
• Welcome and assist attendees, guests, and vendors.
• Ensure event spaces are organized, professional, and ready for use.
• Support event registration and attendee management processes.
• Monitor event activities and address operational needs as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and event documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout all event activities.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
