As Event Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish by providing exceptional support and assistance in a fast-paced environment. T

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Welcome guests and provide information or directions as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor attendee behavior and ensure compliance with event rules and safety regulations.
• Manage registration desks, check-in processes, and distribution of event materials or badges.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Physically able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate quantities of equipment.
• Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
