Skillbridge Academy is looking for an Event Specialist who is passionate about planning, coordinating, and executing successful events. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of workshops, conferences, networking events, training sessions, and special programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events.
• Manage event schedules, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and external partners to support event requirements.
• Assist with event registration, attendee management, and participant communications.
• Prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional resources as needed.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses accurately.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives are achieved.
• Provide on-site support during events and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to event activities.
