The Event Specialist will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Event Specialist will help ensure that each event runs smoothly from concept through completion, delivering memorable experiences that align with client expectations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional gatherings
Coordinate logistics including venue preparation, scheduling, vendor communication, and event materials
Support event timelines and ensure all components are delivered on schedule
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to facilitate seamless event operations
Monitor event setup and assist with on-site coordination when required
Maintain organized documentation of event plans, schedules, and reports
Contribute ideas for improving event experiences and operational efficiency
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
