We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Event Show Demonstrators / Brand Ambassadors In this role, you'll represent Northwest Bath Specialists at home shows, retail locations, and community events by engaging with attendees, educating them about our products, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Represent Northwest Bath Specialists at local home shows, retail locations, and community events.
• Attract visitors and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote our bath remodeling products and provide basic product information.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in-home consultations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth appearance.
• Collect and submit lead information to the Event Coordinator.
• Help create a positive experience for every potential customer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to scheduled events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Performance bonuses available for qualified appointments.
