About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Setup Assistant to help prepare engaging events and ensure activities are ready for guests and attendees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, working as part of a team, and contributing to a well-organized event environment. No previous event experience is required for candidates who are eager to learn and ready to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event spaces, displays, tables, signage, and promotional materials.
• Help arrange event areas according to established instructions and presentation guidelines.
• Check that materials and supplies are organized and ready before activities begin.
• Support event breakdown, packing, and storage of materials after activities conclude.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional event environment.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist with basic event-day needs and help ensure a positive experience for attendees.
