About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure everything is ready for scheduled activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and contributing to well-organized events. Training will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in event operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces according to setup plans and instructions.
• Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as required.
• Check that event areas are clean, organized, and ready before activities begin.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing event supplies.
• Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities conclude.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Report missing materials or setup concerns to the appropriate person.
• Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and supplies.
