We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and support smooth event operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to successful events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up tables, chairs, displays, signage, and event materials.
• Prepare event spaces according to established layouts and instructions.
• Organize and transport event supplies as needed.
• Assist with event breakdown and returning materials to designated areas.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
• Support event staff with last-minute setup needs and adjustments.
• Assist with welcoming guests and providing general directions when needed.
• Communicate event needs and updates to supervisors and team members.
• Follow established safety and event procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable performing hands-on and physical event tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies as required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided.
