LA CONDESA is hiring an EVENT SALES MANAGER

Location: Hybrid / Remote + On-Site (Austin, TX)

Compensation: 60-65K Base Salary + Quarterly Incentive Plan

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for effectively prospecting, securing, and executing group and private events for La Condesa, with a primary focus on Flour House—our dedicated private dining and event space—and group dining within the main restaurant.

What you'll do:

• Drive new business development and foster strong community engagement
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
• Respond to and convert incoming leads into confirmed events
• Host site visits to prospective and existing clients to showcase event spaces
• Develop detailed proposals, banquet event orders, and other essential reports
• Draft contracts and collect initial deposits to secure events
• Collaborate with onsite F&B teams to coordinate menus and event details
• Review BEO's to confirm final arrangements, including menu selections, timelines, signage instructions, etc.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline
• Oversee deposit and billing schedules, including collecting final payments for post-event charges where applicable
• Conduct monthly audits with accounting to ensure accuracy of transactions
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to support community events and marketing initiatives
• Attend weekly Sales Team meetings with other New Waterloo Event Sales Managers
