• Research, identify, and develop new corporate, social, and group business through both outside and inside sales efforts
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients, repeat guests, and referral partners
• Drive incremental revenue growth by increasing booking frequency, average spend, and long-term client retention
• Identify and penetrate key industries, associations, and community groups through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and community engagements
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans, including revenue targets, forecasts, and budgets
• Create and execute creative sales initiatives, promotions, and segmentation strategies to maximize opportunities across all channels

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Own the full client journey from initial inquiry through contract, execution, and post-event follow-up
• Deliver exceptional customer service that converts first-time bookers into loyal repeat clients
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell event enhancements to increase event value
• Maintain accurate account management, contracts, and reporting

EVENT OPERATIONS AND LEADERSHIP
• Direct and oversee event execution at an exceptional level while adhering to all company standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead, coach, and mentor the banquet and events team; identify and develop future leaders
• Collaborate closely with Culinary, General Manager, Director of Events, restaurant leaders, and hotel partners to deliver flawless events
