The client is seeking an Event Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for retail event spaces, targeting corporations, organizers, and promoters. The role involves building client relationships, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, understanding client needs, coordinating event execution, overseeing logistics, and managing vendor contracts. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, generate leads, manage budgets, track sales metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and align sales with business goals through teamwork and strategic planning.

Qualifications
Experience in retail or hospitality industry preferred.
Familiarity with venue sales, client negotiations, and event planning.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to identify and capitalize on event trends.
Proficient in using CRM and event management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
Energetic, proactive, and creative personality, with a customer-focused and detail-oriented approach.
