We’re hiring Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to join our growing marketing and promotions team. You’ll receive hands-on training while representing client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional campaigns, and community events

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands at live events and promotional activations
• Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Answer questions after receiving paid product and brand training
• Conduct product demonstrations and distribute promotional materials
• Assist with registrations, orders, sign-ups, and customer inquiries
• Track customer feedback and event activity
• Work with event and marketing teams to help deliver successful campaigns

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Enthusiastic about customer service, marketing, and promotions
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Available for occasional evening and weekend events

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, fundraising, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
