Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Event & Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects, campaigns, events, partnerships, and operational coordination across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, communicating with multiple stakeholders, solving problems quickly, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to execution.

You will work closely with marketing, business development, operations, clinic coordination, and external partners to support both online and offline initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Coordination

  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, campaigns, podcasts, and offline events
  • Manage event timelines, checklists, vendor coordination, and logistics
  • Coordinate speakers, partners, KOLs, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth event execution before, during, and after events
  • Prepare event recap reports and performance summaries

2. Project Management & Coordination

  • Track progress of internal projects across departments
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Organise documentation, timelines, SOPs, and project trackers
  • Support cross-functional communication between teams

3. Partnership & Campaign Support

  • Support collaboration campaigns with corporate partners
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Follow up with external stakeholders professionally
  • Assist with campaign execution and reporting

4. Operational Support

  • Assist with ad-hoc operational projects
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Help organise internal systems and workflow tracking
  • Coordinate with clinic/operation teams when required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in project coordination, event management, marketing coordination, account management, or operations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Calm under pressure
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Interested in wellness, healthcare, media, or startup environments
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with tools such as Notion or similar is a plus
  • Thai fluency required; good English communication preferred
