Full Time – Glasgow HQ & On Site

itison is one of Scotland’s most influential consumer brands, bringing together a market-leading online platform, a portfolio of venues and some of the country’s most ambitious live experiences including GlasGLOW, Elfingrove and Drive-In Movies.

Our mission is simple: Life is about the experience. We help people live it better by connecting them to brilliant local businesses and unforgettable moments.

Our Major Events team delivers some of Scotland’s most exciting live experiences, welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests every year.

We are looking for an Events Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of these events. You will work closely with the Head of Events, Event Managers and production teams to help ensure events are organised, coordinated and ready for live delivery.

You will join a small but highly ambitious and innovative events team where collaboration, creativity and a hands‑on approach are essential to bringing large‑scale experiences to life.

The role will be based full time in our world class Glasgow HQ outside live event periods, with significant on‑site time during build, live and de‑rig phases.

What You'll Do

  • Support Event Managers and production teams with event planning and coordination
  • Assist with operational documentation including schedules and supplier information
  • Coordinate technical suppliers and contractors
  • Support event build, live event periods and de-rig
  • Maintain records of event equipment and assets
  • Coordinate equipment booking, transport and storage
  • Assist with supplier bookings such as security, first aid and radio systems
  • Provide administrative support including purchase orders and supplier documentation
  • Support post-event reporting and operational reviews

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Enjoys being part of a team delivering live events
  • Strong communicator who works well with suppliers and colleagues
  • Interested in developing a career in live events and production

This role is likely suited to someone who:

  • Has experience supporting live events, productions or visitor attractions
  • Enjoys working in environments where priorities can change quickly
  • Is comfortable working with suppliers, technical teams and operational crews

Why itison

  • Help deliver some of Scotland’s most ambitious live experiences
  • Work alongside a passionate team bringing creative events to life
  • Be part of experiences where families and friends leave with lasting memories
  • Work between our Glasgow HQ and live event environments

The Interview Process

  • If we progress your application, there are three stages to our interview process:
    • An initial interview to get to know you and find out more about your experience.
    • A second interview with practical tasks, a more in-depth interview and opportunity to see the work environments.
    • An opportunity to meet some of the team.
  • All interviews will be in person at our Glasgow HQ just off George Square.
