We are looking for a Tour Prep Technician to join the ranks of our skilled and efficient warehouse team in Nashville, TN. The Tour Prep Technician is part of Clair's inbound & out bound team. Daily workload will be split between checking gear in, testing, prepping, and packing work trunks for tours/events driven by daily demand.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising appropriate levels of judgment and discretion.

• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
• Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
• Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends when necessary.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Part of the inbound team: Counting, coiling, checking, and organizing gear returning from a tour/event.
2. Part of the outbound team: gathering cables/ rigging, labeling/looming, and supervised packing of caddies.
3. Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks.
4. Assisting with the cycle counting of all gear.

Other duties may be assigned.
