The general affairs is dedicated to supporting these employees, ensuring they have a conducive work environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee general affairs activities within Japan, which includes the coordination of meetings and events.

- Coordinating and conducting Asakai and other events for Rakuten Symphony, Inc. across various companies.
- Managing general affairs, including responding to internal and external inquiries and handling invoice payments.
- Overseeing facility management, which includes arranging seats, managing fixtures, and enhancing the work environment.
