Based in Melbourne, we work with leading brands, rights holders and corporate clients to create memorable experiences that drive engagement, strengthen relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.

As part of the wider SEN business, Ballpark offers unique access to major sporting and entertainment properties, industry-leading talent, and a national network across media, events and

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Events & Partnerships Manager to lead the delivery of premium events, client activations and internal SEN experiences.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences from concept through to execution.

You’ll work across a mix of partnership activations, corporate hospitality, incentive programs and SEN-owned events, collaborating closely with clients, partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to work across major sporting and entertainment events, premium client experiences and national partnership activations.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Activation & Client Management

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of partnership activations and client experiences.
  • Manage sponsor and partner relationships to ensure campaigns and activations exceed expectations.
  • Develop strategic activation plans that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with marketing, operations and production teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee partnership agreements and ensure all contractual deliverables are executed successfully.
  • Monitor activation performance and provide post-event reporting, insights and recommendations.

Events & Experiences

  • Plan and deliver a range of premium events including corporate hospitality, media events, client functions and sporting experiences.
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, travel, accommodation, production and audiovisual requirements.
  • Develop event run sheets, timelines and operational plans to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage event budgets and identify opportunities to maximise value and efficiency.
  • Evaluate event performance and attendee feedback to continuously improve delivery standards.
  • Ensure all events reflect the Ballpark and SEN brands at the highest standard.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives with broader commercial and brand strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers, rights holders and external partners.
  • Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process.

About You

  • Proven experience in event management, activations or experiential marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident at managing suppliers, negotiations and event budgets.
  • Experience using EventsAir or similar event management platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional interstate travel and out-of-hours event requirements.

Why Join Ballpark?

At Ballpark, you’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that values creativity, initiative and high performance.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on premium events and experiences across sport, entertainment and media, while building strong industry relationships and growing your career within one of Australia’s leading sports and entertainment businesses.

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and thrive in high-energy environments, we’d love to hear from you.
