Job Title

Event Operations SupervisorWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Event Operations Supervisor to support the onsite delivery of events and activations across a high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite event operations during setup, live delivery and pack-down activities.

• Coordinate event crews, contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and compliant operations.

• Monitor event readiness, site conditions and operational performance during live events.

• Support real-time resolution of operational issues and escalations.

• Coordinate with Facilities Management, Help Desk, HSE and operational teams during events.

• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, event plans and precinct operating procedures.

• Support crowd interface management, access controls and post-event rectification activities.

• Maintain operational records, event logs and reporting documentation.

About You

• Experience supervising event operations, site operations or live environment delivery.

• Strong understanding of contractor coordination, onsite operations and risk management.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, public-facing environments.

• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Calm and practical approach under pressure.

• Relevant trade, events or operations qualifications desirable.
