
3STEP Sports is looking for an experienced Event Manager to assist with managing a large portfolio of events across the lacrosse division. This position supports several lacrosse brands in all activities related to operating youth lacrosse events. Primary functions include pre-event planning, on-site operations, administrative duties, and customer service.
This position will serve several specific lacrosse brands within 3Step Sports: Hogan Lacrosse, Aloha Lacrosse, and 3D Lacrosse. The Event Manager will be expected to maintain regular office hours in the Hanover, MD office during the week and work weekend events throughout the year, requiring some out-of-town travel.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a team environment. This person should have excellent critical thinking, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, this individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
