Event Operations Manager (Game Developers) 活动运营（游戏开发者）HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Develop short- and long-term event strategies for game development activities in line with company goals; take charge of planning, coordination, and execution of specific events.
2. Manage the daily operations of the game developer community, including content publishing, user engagement, and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
3. Operate and grow the target user base through both online and offline initiatives; maintain relationships with core community members and expand user engagement.
4. Identify developer needs and create tailored support initiatives such as themed events, livestream workshops, and more.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to grow and strengthen the community ecosystem.
1、依据公司战略，制定短期和长期游戏开发赛事活动方案，并负责具体活动的策划，统筹，协调及执行；
2、负责游戏开发者社区的日常运营，包括内容发布、用户互动以及氛围维护等；
3、目标用户人群的线上和线下运营，核心成员关系维护，拓展用户群体规模；
4、负责挖掘游戏开发者需求，制定对应的扶持计划（主题活动、直播课等）；
5、协同市场、产品、开发团队共同推动社区生态。Qualifications1. 1–3 years of experience in event or community operations, preferably related to developer-focused activities.
2. Fluent spoken English with strong written and reading skills.
3. Familiarity with game development processes and various AI tools.
4. Creative thinker with the ability to multitask and thrive in exploratory, fast-paced work environments.
Nice to Have：
1. Knowledge or experience in AI/3D-related fields.
2. Familiarity with gaming, anime, collectibles, or broader pop culture; able to quickly resonate with target user communities.
3. Excellent communication skills, self-driven, highly responsible, creative, and able to work well under pressure as part of a team.
4. Experience organizing Game Jams or hackathons, or a background in game development.
1、1-3年以上活动运营经验，开发者相关活动优先；
2、英语口语流利，书面表达与阅读能力优秀；
3、熟悉游戏开发流程和各类AI工具；
4、思维活跃，擅长多线程处理任务，适应探索性工作模式。
