About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven
Event Operations Manager
to support the execution of large-scale, high-profile event projects. This role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in translating strategy into flawless operational delivery.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, processes, and on-ground execution run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong operational discipline, and enjoys being at the centre of complex event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Project Execution
Support senior leadership in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple event projects.
Translate strategic objectives into clear action plans and monitor overall project progress.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks or delays.
Project & Timeline Management
Monitor project schedules to ensure internal teams and vendors stay aligned.
Flag operational issues early and propose solutions to maintain delivery standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central operational liaison across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
Facilitate smooth collaboration between internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Operational Tracking & Reporting
Maintain detailed trackers, checklists, and reports across all projects.
Prepare operational summaries and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Internal Operations & Process Improvement
Support internal operational initiatives, including process optimisation and OKR tracking.
Identify gaps in workflows and assist in implementing scalable operational solutions.
Contribute to refining and maintaining SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency.
On-Site Event Operations
Provide hands-on operational support during live events.
Assist senior leadership and event directors with on-site coordination, issue resolution, and execution control.
Ensure operational standards, sponsor requirements, and timelines are met on-site.
