Your Mission

As an Event Operations Manager, you are responsible for both the operational success of our events and the commercial growth of our festival network. You manage existing festivals, ensure flawless execution on-site, and actively contribute to expanding Mobile Locker by following up incoming sales requests and initiating new collaborations.

You’ll be the face of Mobile Locker on-site and a trusted partner for festival organizers — operationally and commercially.

Your Daily Role

• On-Site Operations: You’re in the heart of the festival action: Leading crews, coordinating processes, and ensuring the locker zone runs smoothly.
• Planning & Coordination: You recruit and schedule crews, monitor performance, and handle administrative follow-up.
• Sales & Relationships: You follow up incoming sales leads, maintain relationships with existing organizers, and actively look for new festivals, events, and partnerships.
• Communication: You act as a key point of contact for organizers, partners, and internal teams.
• Seasonality: Summers are intense and travel-heavy; winters focus more on office work, planning, sales follow-up, and well-earned vacation time.

Your Responsibilities as an Event Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• Festival Operations Manage existing festivals and events and ensure smooth operations from preparation to breakdown.
• Crew Management Coordinate crews, prepare contracts, and ensure proper support during production.
• Logistics & Transport Plan transport with drivers and festivals; arrange additional transport when needed.
• Hands-On Support Assist with setup or teardown when required.
• Sales & Acquisition
• Follow up inbound sales requests from festivals and event organizers
• Proactively identify new opportunities, partnerships, and events
• Office & Admin Maintain event and sales data in our systems and keep internal teams informed.

• Language Skills Fluent in Dutch, with strong English and French skills.
• Commercial Mindset You enjoy building relationships and spotting opportunities.
• Communication Skills Open, friendly, and confident when dealing with organizers and crews.
• Organizational Talent Planning, coordination, and follow-up come naturally to you.
• Flexibility You thrive in both festival chaos and structured office environments.
