Job Title

Event Operations LeadWe are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Event Operations Lead to coordinate the planning and delivery of events and activations across a high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and delivery of events across live precinct environments.

• Coordinate event operations with Facilities Management, Help Desk, HSE and operational teams.

• Manage event readiness, setup, live operations and post-event rectification activities.

• Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety, operational and precinct requirements.

• Monitor operational risks, incident response and public safety during events.

• Support continuity of precinct operations during concurrent and high-traffic events.

• Maintain operational reporting, issue escalation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Experience in event operations, precinct operations or live environment coordination roles.

• Strong understanding of operational planning, contractor management and risk management.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, public-facing environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Calm, solutions-focused approach with strong operational judgement.

• Tertiary qualification in Events, Operations, Facilities Management or related discipline preferred.
