iCapital is looking for an Associate, Event Operations Coordinator to join our International Marketing & Communications team, based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of proprietary iCapital events and third-party sponsorship activations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada.
The successful candidate will work closely with the International Events and Sponsorships Lead, the broader International Marketing & Communications team, regional business stakeholders, and the U.S.-based Global Events Team to help deliver high-quality, client-facing experiences that support iCapital’s business objectives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across geographies, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on operations role suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a fast-paced, international environment. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring that events and sponsorships are executed efficiently, professionally, and consistently across markets.
This role is critical to the continued growth and professionalization of iCapital’s international event and sponsorship platform. As iCapital expands its proprietary events, regional conference presence, and sponsor-supported programming across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada, strong operational coordination will be essential to delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for clients, prospects, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
By supporting event execution, sponsorship operations, vendor coordination, budgets, and cross-regional planning, the Associate, Event Operations Coordinator will help ensure that the International Events function operates with discipline, efficiency, and strong attention to detail, while enabling the team to scale its impact across markets.
