WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS company that supports organisations in enabling their employees to work from abroad, e.g. to compliantly do workations and business travel abroad. With 500+ clients & we’re just getting started. Events are one of our strongest channels to meet HR leaders in person - and we are looking for someone to own them end-to-end, part-time (20-30h/week).

🎯 What you will do

• Own our event calendar end-to-end: trade fairs and industry conferences, our own formats (roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, meetups) and digital events - from first idea to post-event follow-up.
• Self-source events: research and scout relevant HR, People & Mobility events across DACH and Europe, evaluate which ones are worth our budget.
• Run several events in parallel: timelines, deadlines, vendors, booth logistics, giveaways, shipping, travel and accommodation - without dropping a single ball.
• Plan and host our own WorkFlex formats: venue and catering, invite list, agenda, speakers, on-site hosting.
• Own our webinar and digital event programme together with partners and customers: topic, speaker line-up, promotion, registration flow and follow-up.
• Drive attendance and leads: pre-event outreach and invitations, on-site lead capture, and a fast, structured handover to Sales.
• Prepare the team for every event - briefings, materials, talking points, shift plans - and attend selected events yourself where it makes sense. You do not need to be on-site for every event or travel all the time.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Leadership to make sure every event fits our wider go-to-market plan.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Proficiency in German and English - you will be talking to German venues, partners, speakers and prospects every day. This is a must for us.
• A 1A organisation talent: you juggle several events at once, keep every deadline and detail in view, and stay calm when something changes 48 hours before the doors open.
• A self-starter who sources events rather than waiting for a to-do list - you find the opportunities, make the case for them, and get them booked.
• A hands-on, get-it-done mentality: no task is too small, from ordering roll-ups to hosting a dinner for 30 people.
• Bonus: First hands-on experience in event, field or B2B marketing - agency, startup, working student role or your own projects all count. We care more about how you organise than about your years of experience.
• A passion for working in international teams and an affinity for tech-driven environments, especially AI.
