Job Description

Event Marketing & Content Manager

PURPOSE

Events are a crucial part of LS Tractors identity. We are looking for a skilled event marketing and content manager to plan dynamic and engaging events to drive new business and strengthen our organizations culture. The ideal candidate is meticulous and organized. They will coordinate multiple parts under pressure and ensure that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. They will play a huge part in growing our brand with organizing and managing Trade shows, Farms Shows, State Fairs, and other company events including Dealer Training and Conferences. Other duties include strategic planning, managing existing partnerships with suppliers, vendors, or other organizations to enhance brand recognition for LS Tractor USA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Work closely with the Marketing Director, Brand Manager, CRM, Marketing and Communications Specialist, Digital Specialist, Product, Business, Regional Managers and other departments to analyze marketing metrics, forecast marketing trends, organize resources, equipment, and materials to support all internal and external events.
  2. Assist and support the organization, scheduling, facilities and materials for Dealer training programs and other corporate events, including Dealer Conferences.
  3. Manage relationships with partners to create value to LS Tractor branding efforts, community goodwill events and call to action campaigns.
  4. Create balanced campaigns for corporate partnership utilizing branding, goodwill, and call to action content.
  5. Content creation for LS Tractor USA including podcast, TikTok, and YouTube channel.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or communications.
  2. Ability to travel up to 50%
  3. 4 years experience in event management, strategy, graphic design, marketing content development, public and media relations.
  4. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  5. Strong analytical and market research skills.
  6. Strong project management skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  8. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners.
  9. Excellent verbal written communications skills.
