Responsibilities

• Support the execution of promotional events, trade shows, community events, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent client brands professionally while engaging with customers and event attendees.
• Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and breakdown following each event.
• Welcome attendees, answer questions, and provide information about products, services, and promotional offers.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise.
• Maintain event supplies, displays, and promotional inventory.
• Collect customer feedback and campaign data to support future marketing initiatives.
• Conduct basic market research to identify customer trends and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate event records, attendee information, and marketing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required.
